Advice | Booking a Marquee

Booking confirmation and deposit
If you are happy with our quotation and wish to go ahead, we will require you to sign a booking agreement and return it with a 25 % deposit payment. The balance of payment will be required at the time of installation. Payments can be made by cheque or BACS transfer.

Any changes to your marquee requirements between the date of booking and the event will be adjusted on the final invoice. Subject to stock availability, we will endeavor to meet any last minute requirements that you may have.

Cancellations
If you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to the date of the event, you will forgo your deposit payment. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the date of the event will incur a further 25% charge.

Installation and take down.
We will inform you at least ten days before the event, the dates we intend to start the install. We endeavor to have the install completed at least one day prior to your event to allow time for you or your other contractors to provide any finishing touches to the marquee. The duration of the installation will depend on the size and complexity of the job.
If you have specific timing requirements, wherever possible we would look to meet these requirements.

Take down will normally take place two days after the event, unless again you have specific requirements.

The hire period
The standard hire period is two days (excluding installation and take down). If you require the marquee for a longer period, an additional charge will be levied.
