Standard round tables and trestle tables require tablecloths which is usually provided by your carterer.

Vintage wood tables do not need cloths.

This rarely increases the price unless access is particularly long or tricky or if the ground requires levelling.

An indirect heater including a full tank of fuel. Fans can help with cooling guests starting from £80 + VAT per large floor standing fan with full air-conditioning usually starting beyond £1000 + VAT.

The price varies on the location and size of your event

o If your policy doesn’t include temporary buildings, we can offer a damage waiver of 5% of the contract with a £500 excess. This is optional. The main concern would be theft so providing the marquee site is protected from access to the public, the likelihood of theft is slim.
