Window walls are a beautiful addition to your marquee, bringing the outdoors in and creating a more spacious feel. On warm days, they can easily be unzipped and rolled up to provide extra ventilation.

Linings are an excellent way to conceal the marquee framework and PVC, enhancing the overall look.

Our standard ivory pleated linings offer a timeless, elegant style suitable for any event.

For a modern touch, we also offer white flat linings, while black flat linings or our star cloth are perfect for creating a nightclub vibe.

For added customization, coloured ceiling and leg overlays are available to match or complement themed events.

If you’d like flooring, we offer carpet in a variety of colours to suit any occasion.

For winter events, we recommend adding a wooden underfloor to prevent dampness and allow rainwater to drain away underneath.

Standard round and trestle tables require tablecloths, which are typically provided by your caterer.

Vintage wood tables, however, have a beautiful finish and don’t require tablecloths.

In some rare cases, additional charges may apply if we need to level the ground before installing the wooden floor.

Extra costs may also arise for difficult or unusually long access.

In summer, we recommend adding window walls to your marquee, as they can be opened for instant ventilation. On humid, windless days, fans may be necessary, or we can arrange air conditioning for extra comfort.

It's also a good idea to monitor evening temperatures, even in the height of summer. If temperatures drop below 15°C, guests may start leaving if it becomes too chilly inside the marquee.

In cooler weather, heating is a must. We offer indirect heaters that stay outside the marquee and pump warm air in, keeping your guests comfortable.

Our delivery charges are based on the location and size of your event.

If the marquee location is secure and someone is on-site throughout the hire period, the risk of damage or theft is low, as you are responsible for its safekeeping.

Still concerned! Check if your home insurance covers our equipment, or you can reach out to Cover Marquee, specialists in marquee insurance.

Alternatively, you can opt for our damage waiver, which is 5% of the hire cost. This reduces your liability to a smaller contribution in the event of a claim.

For events in public spaces, we require organisers to obtain insurance for our equipment and ensure 24-hour security is in place.
