A clear marquee in the heart of London offers the perfect setting for unforgettable summer weddings. The warmer months remain the most popular time of year to celebrate, thanks to brighter days and more predictable weather. This year, however, the biggest challenge wasn’t rain — it was the heat.
Many of our clients chose Battersea Park for their summer weddings, drawn to its central London location and stunning natural surroundings. Set right in the middle of the park, the venue provides a picturesque backdrop that pairs beautifully with elegant marquee structures.
Stunning clear Marquees for Summer Weddings in London
For one celebration, we installed a 9m x 15m clear marquee featuring transparent roofs and panoramic window walls. This design maximised natural light and showcased the beauty of Battersea Park throughout the day. As temperatures rose, all window walls were rolled up to ensure excellent ventilation and keep guests cool and comfortable.
The bride and groom were particularly impressed by the smooth installation process and delighted by the bright, airy look of the marquee once complete.
Celebrating Under the Stars
Another client preferred a more open‑air feel and opted for a marquee frame only — no PVC walls or roofs. The structure was adorned with white sashes, fairy lights, and our crystal chandeliers, creating a magical alfresco atmosphere. Thanks to the warm weather, celebrating under the stars was not only possible but truly enchanting.
