"Thank you so much for providing the marquee for our wedding on the 18th October. It looked absolutely stunning. We really cannot thank you enough for adding the finishing touch to our reception. Everyone I spoke to at countess has been so helpful and patient. The process and communication was great throughout, from wanting many different quotes to assess the options to the guys setting it all up everyone has been outstanding. Your team were amazing and I could not recommend you highly enough to anyone looking for a marquee. The marquee looked better than we could have ever envisioned and made our day even more special."

"STEM Sussex run the Big Bang Fair South East each year, an event which grew to 5,300 participants in 2014. Sue and the team from Countess have provided the marquees each year, and provided an excellent service. Not only were the marquees put up and taken down with due care to all Health and Safety requirements, Sue has also been incredibly flexible (and patient!) with my ever-changing requests. They've helped us out of a couple of tough spots in terms of coordinating tables and chairs, too. I'll definitely be using Countess again next year."

"Countess Marquees came to my rescue when I had been let down at the last minute for my daughter's 18th birthday. Although I live many miles from Countess' headquarters, they did not hesitate in taking this on. Sue was wonderful in making suggestions and helping put together what turned into a magnificent 'night club' setting - exactly what we wanted. From the moment I was in contact with Countess, I felt re-assured and confident that it would be as perfect as it did turn out to be. We were working with a small space and, with Sue's expert advice, managed to maximise it, including going into my husband's much-loved vegetable patch. However, this turned out to be a good thing as it was incorporated into the nightclub setting and with uplights, gave it a tropical feel and added to the atmosphere. I also would like to praise the men who came and set up/took down the marquee. Not only were they efficient, they were helpful, friendly and polite, going out of their way to make it perfect. I had comments from guests saying the party was 'splendid' and the dj himself saying it was one of the best he had been to. "Our annual ball back in May 2014 was a huge success and without the help of Sue and her team this would not have been possible. She held our hand throughout the event and we had daily chats to keep us updated. The ideas she gave us all came together on the day and her team were fantastic - especially the dedicated electrician who without him we would have been lost. "After shopping around widely for a marquee company I settled on Countess because they were the only guys that really seemed able to deliver what I wanted. I needed to create additional dancefloor space for my party in my London terrace house so decided to enclose the garden. This was not an easy thing to do however as the garden is narrow, densely planted and only accessible through the house. Countess delivered brilliantly; very helpful in terms of giving advice on the phone, prompt to turn up and hardworking to get the job done right. I ended up with a garden transformed into a mini Studio 54 nightclub which gave my party exactly the kind of glamorous lift and touch of magic that I was looking for"
