Marquee hire in London & South East ~ Events for 15 - 500+ people ~ FREE site visits
We are pleased to work for not-for-profit organisations along with corporate clients, building simple structures as well as fully lined marketing, conference and hospitality structures.
A marquee placed on extension legs provided cover for luxury vaccum toilet pods provided by Site Equip at St George’s Hospital in Tooting, whilst rennovation work was carried out on the extisting facilities. The marquee was supplied with a wooden underfloor, carpet, lighting and heating with the bespoke construction of a covered walkway into the main hospital. Ballast was used to secure the marquee to the ground.
Scheduling was paramount as the flooring needed to be constructed first, the toilets were then hoisted into position and the marquee was then built over the top.
Prices for a basic marquee that can accommodate toilets on a trailer without the need for flooring start from:
Marquee size | Price incl VAT |
6m x 6m (accommodates 1 + 1 luxury toilet unit) | £540 |
6m x 9m (accommodates 3 + 1 luxury toilet unit) | £612 |
9m x 9 (accommodates 6 male, 6 female vaccum pods and 1 disabled vaccum toilet | £744 |
Lighting heating and flooring (that can be built around the trailer so your guests can walk seamlessly from the event marquee to the the toilet marquee) can be provided upon request.
There is a minium charge for toilet marquees delivered without a function marquee.
The annual GANT Championship Tennis Tournament held at the Roehampton Club uncluded a pop-up shop. The use of flat white linings gives a crisp finish to the marquee and the bespoke built fitting rooms enable the shop to function effectively for customers.

Our clear span marquees can provide a high-quality space that can be tailored to corporate, commercial, educational and not-for-profit events. Our marquees vary in size up to 20m wide and to nearly any length.
Yes - we can use water ballast or concrete ballast to hold the marquees down on hard surfaces where we cannot stake into the ground or, if the surface is solid concrete, we can use bolts as fixing points.
Yes - absolutely you can bring in your own caterers. We can provide a catering marquee and tables if required.
Remember to check how much power they require as even things as simple as a tea urn or plate warmer can blow a fuse if there are too many other appliances using the same supply.
We are also very happy to provide recommendations for caterers or you can view our suggestions yourself on our Supplier page
We are here to help you assess if you need extra power.
Once we know the total output you require, we can advise if you will have enough supply through your house sockets, if we need to take a supply directly from your mains, or, if there is a large requirement, bring in a generator to cover all your needs.
A toilet inside your house or office is usually adequate for 50 guests.
Single portable toilets are 4' (1.22m) square and are often positioned in a front garden or driveway.
Luxury toilet trailers start at 4.8m long x 2.4m wide.
If your event is in a field, we can also arrange portable showers for your guests.
In summer, we encourage our clients to include window walls in their marquee as these are easily opened and provide instant ventilation. If there is no wind with humid conditions, fans may be necessary or we can also arrange for air conditioning.
It is also worth while keeping an eye on the expected evening temperature, even in the middle of summer, as if it drops much below 15 degrees, you may find your guests leaving because it is too cold to stay in the marquee.
In cooler weather, heating is essential. We have indirect heaters that sit outside the marquee and vent warm air in.
If the marquee location is secure and someone will be on site for the duration of the hire, then it is unlikely to be either damaged or stolen, as you are responsible for it's safe keeping.
If you are worried, check if our equipment would be covered on your home policy or you can contact Cover Marque who specialise in marquee insurance.
Alternatively, you can accept our damage waiver (5% of the hire) where you would still be liable but pay a much smaller contribution to any claim.
We require the organisers of any event in a public space to take out their own insurance to cover our equipment and that 24 hour security is on site.
Where possible, we will always try to accommodate you at another time and limit any charges.
If you cancel 8 weeks before your event, you will lose just your deposit.
If you cancel between 4-8 weeks before your event, you will need to pay a further 25% of the booked equipment.
If you cancel less than 4 weeks before your event, you will need to pay 100% of the booking.
For Covid-19, we are rescheduling where possible and providing refunds with a small administration fee if events are needing to be cancelled outright.
