Each year, as June approaches its end, we return to this local school to install an impressive 20m x 50m marquee. A second marquee is then connected seamlessly to the main structure, creating two essential service areas: one accommodating two trailers with eight bay toilets, and the other functioning as a fully equipped catering zone capable of serving more than 700 guests.

Across a two‑week period, the school marquee transforms again and again to meet an extraordinary variety of needs. It becomes a rehearsal space, a venue for evening guest speakers, a dining hall for leavers’ celebrations, and a flexible setting for cultural and academic events. With each passing year, the programme grows in scale and ambition, and the marquee continues to rise to the challenge with ease.
The structure itself is enhanced with elegant features including fairy lights, ivory linings, panoramic window walls and solid entrance doors. Majestic crystal chandeliers—supplied by our trusted partner EPH—add a touch of grandeur. And with recent summers bringing particularly high temperatures, air‑conditioning ensures guests remain cool and comfortable throughout every occasion.
